All residents are to be respectful of others whilst in the park.
No disturbing of others in the park (swearing, abusive conduct, violence, loud noises).
Drugs, stealing and violence will not be tolerated in any circumstances and may terminate you residing here with only 24hrs notice required to be provided for you to leave.
Noise curfew of 9.30 pm each night.
All pets must be approved by management. Pets are not to annoy others in the park. Pets must be restrained at all times with appropriate restraints. Waste from pets must be cleaned up after and disposed of appropriately. Management reserves the right to deem what is appropriate in each individual circumstance.
Each resident is entitled to one vehicle per site. Approval is required for more than one of the following combinations- vehicle, boat, camper, caravan, bus or trailers etc. Management reserves the right to charge an extra fee for extra use of space if approval for more than one vehicle is granted.
Residents are to maintain their own areas in a neat and tidy manner at all times. Lawns, gardens and driveways must be mowed regularly, free of weeds and maintained regularly. If site is easily accessible the grass around your site will be mowed and sprayed for weeds as required for you. Please feel free to leave any debris from palms etc in a neat pile out the front of your area and it will be collected. No alterations to park property is to be conducted without managements approval first.
Items that are deemed to be unsatisfactory in residents areas; Rubbish/ Broken household items or other /Torn tarps &/or shade cloths /Empty containers Old rusted & worn out items/ Dog faeces /Unregistered vehicles/ motorised equipment. Management reserves the right to deem what is unsatisfactory.
Gunna Go Caravan Parks rented accommodation is to be cleaned regularly and maintained by the renter. Management reserves the right to inspect any of their park property. If the inspected property is deemed unsatisfactory by management there will be a notice provided to the renter advising of all areas that need attention and 7 days provided to address any issues. ANY costs incurred to rectify the issues are the sole responsibility of the renter. On the 8th day another inspection will be conducted. IF the issues have not been rectified another 1 day will be provided to do so. If still not rectified the renter will be given notice to leave the property within 24 hrs. Management reserves the right to charge a fee (or retain rent) to cover any removal of rubbish or cleaning costs.
Rent must be paid on time. If there is an issue with payment, management must be notified 48hrs prior to the rent being due and management reserves the right to terminate, extend or make other arrangements with the renter.
Any residents of the park that have visitors staying overnight or visiting need to notify the office as we have a responsibility for the safety of all people within the park. Management reserves the right to charge an extra fee for extra people staying in the park or refuse overnight guests at managements discretion. Residents are responsible for all actions of their visitors in the park. Please ensure that your visitors are aware of the park rules.
Residents are to ensure that their behaviour/ actions or any requests made towards tourists or other residents do not negatively impact the park. Any persons whose actions are deemed by management to tarnish the parks reputation will be notified and possibly directed to leave the park at managements discretion.
Generators are not allowed to be used.
Air conditioning units are to be turned off, when left for the day. If running air conditioning units all windows and doors of your van/ home/ room etc are to be closed.
As we operate on bore water and rain water depending on the season, water is very precious in the park. All tenants are to be water wise and considerate in water usage. The following are not allowed as a general rule: watering lawns, washing vans, washing cars, excessive watering of plants, hosing down of areas. If you would like to carry out any of the mentioned, see management.
Waste management - large wheelie bins are provided for your household waste. Household waste is considered to be day to day rubbish that can fit in a regular size garbage bag and then placed inside the large wheelie bins. If your rubbish does not fit in a regular size garbage bag or does not fit in the wheelie bin with the lid closed then you need to take it to the local rubbish station. If you have cardboard boxes they need to be flattened and placed in the large commercial bins near the tanks. If you are unsure, please see management.
Recyclables - two large bags are located at the commercial bin which are picked up by an outside source. Please feel free to dispose of your cans and bottles that are recyclable in these bags for pick up.
Speed Limit through the park is 10km, please drive accordingly.
Mail delivery is on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday and can be collected within open office hours.
Management wants to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all people residing in the park. If you feel or see anything that may affect the safety or wellbeing of the park please let management know so we can determine what action may be necessary.
The above rules are compiled to set a standard throughout the park that everyone understands and can adhere too. Setting a standard enables the management of Gunna Go Holiday Park to provide clear guidelines to what is acceptable behaviour and actions within the park. This enables the park to create an environment that is enjoyable and beneficial for all that visit the park whether for short or long term stays.
